AMARA’s three-cabin, two-head interior features a spacious forward cabin with an en-suite head and two comfortable aft cabins. Hull ports bring additional natural light into the salon, while the large dinette provides generous seating around the table. Warm overhead lighting provides pleasant illumination throughout the interior.

ELECTRICAL
AMARA’s electrical system is set up for comfortable cruising both underway and away from shore power. A 400-watt SunPower solar array charges through dual Victron SmartSolar controllers, with Victron battery monitoring, a 2000W inverter/charger and a 3600W Victron isolation transformer.

ENGINE & MECHANICAL
AMARA is powered by a 60 HP Volvo Penta D2-60F diesel with saildrive. Her scheduled 50-hour service was completed at 51.9 hours and included engine oil and filter, transmission oil, fuel filters, valve-clearance inspection and general engine checks.

GALLEY
AMARA’s galley is located along the starboard side of the salon, with generous counter space, storage and refrigeration. Hull ports above the counter provide additional natural light throughout the galley.

Teak cockpit surfaces, a large cockpit table and fold-down swim platform provide a comfortable space underway or at anchor.

SAILS & CANVAS
AMARA is equipped with a fully battened Dacron mainsail, self-tacking jib and Code 0 with furling system. The jib sheets to a traveler forward of the mast for easy handling, while separate Genoa tracks on the side decks accommodate a larger headsail if desired. A lazy bag with lazy jacks, rigid boom vang and German mainsheet system further simplify sail handling.
