35' Catalina 350
$110,000 | 2007 | Oxnard, CA
Description
Rarely will you find a single owner, 2007 Catalina 350 come along, let alone in this good of condition. Long keel version with custom factory rudder extension. Well cared for and it shows. Alcyone is one of the last MKI editions, which some believe is a bit better quality of build. This 350 is full of good energy, lots of love and incredible memories. I feel strongly that Alcyone will not disappoint.

A little about the 2007 Catalina 350 MKI
Known for combining modern cruising comfort with excellent sailing performance—something not all production cruisers in its class managed well.
Massive Interior Space for a 35-Footer:
The Catalina 350 MKI was designed with maximum interior volume, making it feel more like a 38–40 foot boat inside.
The beam (13 feet) is carried well aft, which:
• Creates a huge aft cabin (unusually spacious for this size)
• Offers standing headroom throughout (around 6’7”)
• Gives you a queen-sized centerline berth forward, rare on a 35’ boat
Bonus :
• This is a Long keel version, with custom rudder extension from the factory
and with the wide beam it gives it remarkable stability under sail.
• Separate shower stall in the head—again, rare for this size.
• In-mast furling and all lines led aft make it extremely easy to single-hand.
• The 350 won Cruising World’s “Best Production Cruiser” (under 40’) when
first introduced.
In short: the 2007 Catalina 350 MKI is one of those boats where Catalina got nearly everything just right for a cruising couple or small family. It’s comfortable, simple, and seaworthy—hard to beat in that price/size range.
