Incorporating a super seaworthy New England lobster hull with accommodation, makes for an excellent cruising boat. The majority of this vessel is in great shape but will need some finishing off by the new owner. Previous owner, who unfortunately passed away, was a real seaman and took pride in all aspects of her. You will see the clever things he did upon viewing. Due to his passing, not all information is readily available but will be added as it becomes available. She has beautiful woodwork internally and comprises a main salon forward of the helm station with galley leading forward to the V berth area. There are two individual berths in the V berth area and head / shower. Galley needs some work such as installation of refrigeration and other items. Aft of the central helm station is the aft stateroom with head and shower. Power is supplied through Caterpillar 3208 engines that run well and have only 1200 hours approx. on them. She is offered with inflatable dinghy and outboard that can be launched through use of the davit crane. The current 50′ mooring in Newport Beach is also available for sale at an extra fee.
